Privacy

FiveM Tools is a small hobby project. We only store what the app needs to work, we don't sell or share your data, and we don't use trackers or advertising.
What we store on our server
| Account | Username, password (only as an argon2id hash, never readable), friend key, sign-up and last sign-in date, and whether the account is an admin or banned. |

| Sign-in sessions | A hash of each sign-in token and when it expires (at most 30 days with "keep me signed in"). |
| Your data in the app | Saved servers (name and address), playtime sessions (server, start and end time) and your app settings (theme, preferences). |
| Friends | Your friends and friend requests, and your status for friends: online or playing, and on which server if you allow sharing it in Settings. |
| Profile picture | Only if you add one. |
| Discord | Only if you link Discord: your Discord ID, username and avatar. We don't keep any Discord login tokens. |
| IP address | Used to limit sign-in and sign-up attempts against abuse; kept for at most one hour. |
What stays on your PC
Settings profiles and their backups, local settings, crash logs and your saved sign-in (encrypted with Windows). The app reads FiveM's own files and logs, for example to show your identifiers on the Developer page, but that information is not sent to us. The app never injects into or reads the memory of FiveM or GTA.
Why
To provide your account and the features you use (servers, playtime, friends), and to protect the service against abuse. Admins can see account details to handle abuse and bans.
Who else processes it
- Vercel hosts this website and the API.
- Neon hosts the database.
- GitHub hosts the download of the app.
- Discord, only when you sign in with or link Discord, or use Rich Presence (that talks to the Discord app on your PC).
How long
As long as you have an account. When your account is deleted, everything above is deleted with it. Expired sessions and rate-limit entries are removed automatically.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to get a copy of it. Email privacy@snepcnep.nl from any address and include your username; we reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in the Netherlands: the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
